Accident treatment and preventive measures for bridge bored pile

in the construction of bridge engineering, the bored pile is underground or underwater, which makes it impossible for the construction staff to directly contact it, making its construction more difficult. Especially in the process of bored pile foundation, it is often caused by negligence or other reasons, resulting in serious quality accidents. In order to minimize the loss of these accidents, the problems often occurred in pile foundation grouting, their treatment methods and preventive measures are analyzed and studied according to the practical experience of the project

II. Accident handling and preventive measures in construction

1. Several key points for the users of the electronic universal testing machine for pile forming in construction

⑴ when cutting the water isolating plug, enough concrete should be stored in the funnel and conduit

⑵ during concrete pouring, water shall be prevented from entering the pipe during the lifting and removal of the conduit

⑶ when the concrete in the tremie is insufficient, the concrete should be poured slowly to prevent high-pressure air bags in the tremie from blocking the falling of the concrete

⑷ influence of concrete transportation on workability of concrete

⑷ during the whole pouring process, all participants should have a clear division of labor, work closely with each type of work, and assign a special person to command uniformly, so as to carry out quickly, continuously and orderly

2. Conduit water inflow

in the process of pouring pile foundation, conduit water inflow is more common, and the main reasons are:

⑴ when cutting the water trap, the storage amount of concrete in the funnel and conduit is not well controlled, resulting in a certain distance between the bottom of the conduit and the concrete surface after the concrete falls, so that the water slurry in the hole turns up into the conduit

⑵ the rubber pad at the conduit joint is damaged, the seal is not tight or the rubber pad is aging, which will cause rupture and water inflow under the impact of the high-pressure air bag in the conduit

⑶ the conduit itself collides or is used for a long time, which makes the conduit wall leak or the weld crack and water enters

⑷ in the process of lifting and removing the tremie, the lifting is too fierce or there is an error in measuring the buried depth of the tremie, resulting in the bottom opening of the pipe exceeding the concrete surface, causing the water slurry to enter the pipe from the bottom opening of the pipe

prevention and treatment methods:

⑴ frequently send experienced personnel to inspect the rubber pads and conduits, timely replace and maintain the problems found, strengthen the hearts of construction and technical personnel, and avoid erroneous calculation, and the deep development will be fed back to the manufacturer of polyurethane products

⑵ once a similar situation occurs, the situation should be analyzed in time and corresponding measures should be taken to remedy it: for the first kind of reason, the conduit should be put forward, the air compressor, sand pump or punch grab cone reinforcement zigzag testing machine should be used to verify and calibrate according to the national standard, the poured concrete should be removed, and the conduit should be re poured

⑶ for reasons of category 2 and 3, pull out the conduit, replace the water inlet, reinsert it into the concrete, and pump the slurry water in the pipe dry with a sand pump before continuing to pour concrete. For the first two plates of newly poured concrete, the amount of cement should be appropriately increased
